DEADLINE FOR REGISTRATION FOR STUDENT L.I.F.E. SHOP ENDS MONDAY, JULY 31ST—we are open 4-6:30.
All clients must register yearly beginning in JULY. Information needed:
Adults 18 or over in household—photo I.D. and proof of residency (bill in your name, lease, recertification paper)
Children: School aged—last report card or proof of registration in Loveland Schools
Children under school age—birth certificate or crib card
YOU MUST RESIDE IN THE LOVELAND SCHOOL DISTRICT OR BE A MEMBER OF ONE OF OUR SUPPORTING CONGREGATIONS TO QUALIFY. |
